For all those of you that have spent any time at a Las Vegas lately, you will have noticed the surge in advertising for sports betting apps. While mobile gambling has long been a stature at the offshore sportsbooks (visit our top 5 list here, it has turned into a new and booming trend in the Sin City. This is a move that’s far welcomed by the sports community as a whole and it opens up a ton of advantages for the conventional sports bettor.
Let us touch on the multitude of advantages that this brings about for the bettor.
Advantages to Sports Betting Apps
1. No waiting in line in sports counter: There might be nothing more frustrating then trying to run up to the counter to put a bet before a game starts only to find the line ten people deep! This all but guarantees that you won’t receive your wager in on time. This is commonplace throughout football season and while other big sporting events are taking place, such as March Madness. Together with the sports betting apps, one is literally a few clicks away from having their bet placed.
2. No more missing tickets: One just has to perform a quick Google search on”lost sportsbook tickets” to observe the variety of issues that sports bettors have experienced with lost tickets. Whether the room maid threw your ticket out or you lost it after an evening of heavy drinking, this can be an all-too-common occurrence. In the online world, the money from the winning ticket is automatically deposited to your accounts, thus eliminating all of lost tickets.
3. Bet from anyplace (from Nevada): While checking out the latest lines, you noticed that the odds dropped on your Washington Nationals from -170 to -130. This bet now makes sense to you. The challenge is that your wife (spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend , or whomever) convinced you to go to tour the Hoover Dam this afternoon and you are miles from the nearest sportsbook. Well, now using the sport program revolution, you can put this bet during the tour. All the programs use geolocation in your telephone and this determines if you are in the state of Nevada. If you aren’t, then the applications won’t work on your telephone to their fullest capacity (i.e. you won’t have the ability to make bets).
4. Get best chances from variety of novels: Although we buried this stage at #4, it’s undoubtedly the most important of all of the items we cite here. Every sportsbook conveys slightly different chances. To see the various lines that one may find online baseball, for instance, see MLB odds at different Las Vegas sportsbooks. We recommend that you puts money in at least three accounts to take advantage of the best pricing the different novels provide. This way, no matter where you’re at in Nevada, one can shop around for the best odds available.
5. Live betting: Finally, we totally love the ability to live wager matches! In most sports, activity moves far too quickly for live betting to be realistic in the traditional sense of sports gambling (go back up and read our first reason for loving the sports gambling app revolution). But with the capability to bet at your palms, live betting becomes possible.
Before we continue, there are two quick notes. One, we’ve reviewed the CG Technology app and it does not even come close to making the record. It is marred with crashes and an extremely poor design. Two, there were rumors that Caesar’s will have an program prepared by soccer season in 2017. If and when this occurs, then we’ll update this review.
Now, we move on to our list of top sports gambling apps.
Best Nevada Sports Betting Apps
This list now only includes the sports betting apps that we have reviewed.
#10 — B Connected Sports
The B Linked Sports app is not a bad app at all and is backed by Boyd Gaming, which has a lot of casinos which are off the strip. At this point, there just is not anything to set this app apart from the very best programs on this list.

#9 — Treasure Island Mobile Sports
The program (built by Miomni) is strong. The drawback is that Treasure Island does not have a huge supply of sport in their book. To get this program, one has to possess a Treasure Island Player’s Club card (this is pretty standard). Yet another drawback is that gambling through the app does not get you some specials points or rewards together with all the Player’s Club. To put it differently, there is actually no good reason to using this app over any of the better ones farther down this list. On a certain side note, there is no greater place than Treasure Island to play Blackjack on the strip!

#8 — CG Technology
One can make the argument that this is a good program to get so you have a variety in odds, but that is the sole reason we’d currently recommend it. We found this program to be bothersome buggy and not especially user friendly. However, since our last review on this app there are a lot of bug fixes which have made this app far more stable than before. If CG Technology can keep this trajectory in tact then they could move up this list come football season.

#7 — PlayMGM
PlaymgmFor now, the PlayMGM application has many more negatives then positives. We’ll begin with the drawbacks. To begin with, we absolutely can not stand the initial home display of this app. In each other sports betting app that we used, one only has to type in their password or pin to log into the apparatus.
PlayMGM home screen PlayMGM Home Screen
With the PlayMGM program, you have to type your pin and then your date of birth each and every moment. Second, once within the program, the home webpage interface is messy and elaborate (see image to the right). We can’t truly be sure what the program makers were thinking here. It seems like their attempt was to make the largest games easy to discover, but what you’re left with is a hodgepodge of games all over the monitor. This makes finding a game harder then if a easy interface has been used. Third, and this isn’t actually the fault of the program, the odds at MGM are the worst which you will see in Vegas. If anyone can find a sportsbook that takes a higher vigthen please send us a message and tell us. The bets that are made don’t connect in anyway to the MLife program.
On the flip side, the PlayMGM program does work very well. We’ve yet to encounter any crashes, major hiccups, or another sort of drawback regarding the use of the program. PlayMGM also among a couple sports betting apps that features live betting! And with live gambling, MGM pretty much knocks it out of the park with choices on a lot of games and a seamless procedure to get those bets in fast.
While this app certainly needs some work, we think it is a fairly good start to PlayMGM.

#6 — Wynn
Wynn SportsThe app was built and is powered by Miomni Gaming that’s a company that has assembled a few of the sportsbook programs for Nevada casinos. Their apps are typically very well done and the job they did together with the Wynn didn’t disappoint.
Wynn Sports App
As is a frequent theme you will notice in this blog, there is not too much disparity between the apps that were created by Miomni Gaming. Their structure and appearance is quite consistent across the board and you will find limited differences. With that said, the items that place the apps apart are usually in the way the sportsbooks function themselves. The Wynn doesn’t require much encouraging as they are renowned as a superb property!
The signup at the property was pretty regular. One needs to complete a bunch of kinds and a W-9 and then wait about ten minutes while a customer service agents inputs all the information into a computer. The deposit is instantly deposited along with the bettor is prepared to go.
The app interface is solid and consistent. Like MGM though, the Wynn is slightly slow to receive their lines out for contests. Unlike MGM, nevertheless, the Wynn has competitive lines with a very low vig along with a selection of sports that matches with the top sportsbooks in Las Vegas.

#5 — NV Sports
NV Sports logoNV Sports is your program That’s backed by the legendary South Point Casino and the Rampart Casino in Summerlin.
NV Sports Home Screen
NV Sports Home Screen
The very first thing we really like about the app is that it doesn’t seem like all the others. The interface is simple and efficient which each category of matches coming with an accompanying logo. A very cool feature (the amazingly no one else has done yet) is that the”Enabled” feature which shows up on the display allowing the consumer to know if the games can be bet.
Even though the South Point Sports Book is open 24 hours each day, the sports app has more restricted hours in the assortment of 9am to 11pm (although this varies by day and is subject to change). A fantastic advantage to incorporating the NV Sports app to your arsenal is they are in the upper-tier of sportsbooks in terms of line offerings. In other words, they have greater chances than most sportsbooks and is consequently a location you can get the maximum value.

#4 — Caesar’s Sports
Caesar’s SportsThough Caesar’s was quite late in the match in getting their program to advertise, they introduced the product in December of 2017. The app was done by Miomni Gaming and as mentioned previously, there is reallyn’t much to differentiate this app from the others which were made by them. The one advantage that does place Caesar’s besides the Wynn is that you do earn Reward Credits and Tier Credits as you would if you placed a stake in one of those Caesar’s property sportsbooks. The credits currently take about 48 hours to appear on your Total Rewards accounts, but Caesar’s is working in an upgrade to make this happen in real time. This program is still a work-in-progress, and for now, we’ll slot Caesar’s here in the 4th place.

#3 — Westgate
Westgate Superbook App Westgate Baseball Menu
Westgate Baseball Menu
Frankly, narrowing down the top three wasn’t a simple job as all the next 3 programs can all make a situation to become #1. The Superbook in the Westgate currently sits on top of this listing for our Top Las Vegas Sportsbooks and their app provides all the same chances that their brick-and-mortar small business uses.
One of the biggest advantage of working with the Westgate Superbook program is their breadth of options for gambling. Just looking at baseball, one can see from the picture on the right the options for alternate run lines, home runs, the Cy Young award, etc.. As we write this review, we couldn’t find any other sportsbook apps that had these choices to bet and this is only baseball! The Superbook also covers a wide variety of”Automobiles”, Australian Rules Football, and school baseball playoffs to list a few. Further, the Superbook generally has the cheapest vig of all the sportsbooks, so there is nowhere you can go to get more value for the money. If all this weren’t enough, the Superbook currently has the best benefits program going with each $3.30 bet earning a stage in the Westgate Player’s Club. With each 100 points equaling a $1 in free stuff, some huge bets can make you a generous number of freebies!
There are two downsides to using the Superbook app. One is they appear to be somewhat constrained in the amount of events that one may live wager. Two, and this is a little one, is that we did not receive any bonus for enrolling.
All said and done, we certainly think this app has to be added to your arsenal of sports gambling apps!

#2 — STN Sports
STN Sports AppSTN Sports is a part of the Stations Casino brand that owns and runs are number of casinos that are situated away from the primary strip in Las Vegas. As a side note, if you haven’t been to a few of these casinos then we highly suggest checking them out. Across the board, all these are well-run casinos in Las Vegas and their machines have the most aggressive odds in the city. This app can also be made by Miomni Gambling and, as we mentioned previously, they do a very good job with their apps.
There are a variety of items that we love about this app. First, once your first wager is made, you are automatically awarded thirty bucks in free play to use within an Stations Casino. Second, this is one of only two sportsbook programs that now ties in the rewards program (which can be found in SCLV). For every dollar bet online sports, the bettor has one stage and one credit on their player’s card. At the moment, 100 points equivalent a dollar, and all of this can be used free of charge drama, dining or other conveniences at the casinos. This benefit was that the deciding factor in placing STN Sports ahead of the Superbook program.
The 1 disadvantage for STN Sports is their lack of live betting on most occasions, but this is really the only real downside to the STN Sports program. Overall, it should be obvious that we provide this one quite substantial marks since it comes in at #2 on our list.

#1 — William Hill
William Hill Sports AppLast but not least, we come to our current favorite sports gaming program in William Hill. A sportsbook based from the uk, William Hill started placing their footprints at the U.S. over the last five years or so. They’re a very reputable book and their brick-and-mortar business is well respected.
William Hill Betting Screen
William Hill Betting Screen
The only real negative to William Hill is the fact that it’s a third-party sportsbook that does not connect to any casino’s rewards program. This isn’t a terribly huge disadvantage since STN Sports is currently the only program that rewards the bettor through their player’s club.
We put the William Hill App at #1 for a couple of important factors. To begin, they will pay a free 10% promotion on any first deposit up to $500. This includes a 1x rollover, therefore if $500 is deposited then one will see their $50 bonus after they make their initial $500 in stakes. Secondly, the gambling interface is well designed and easy to use. One can see in the example to the right exactly what the gambling screen appears like for Major League Baseball. Third, William Hill puts a close second to the Superbook at the number of sports betting options they have available. Lastly, and it’s the thing that actually sets William Hill aside, is their wide assortment of event choice for live gambling. That is, by far, the most impressive live gambling platform that we reviewed within their depth, options and usability.
So, for now, William Hill is our best sports book app! We’ll review these programs every six weeks or so and supply updates and changes if there are not any!
